Gaby started her love for cooking in high school at the Culinary Arts program at Ferguson Senior High. She furthered her passion by moving to New York City where she studied at the Institute of Culinary Education, receiving her degree as a Pastry Chef. Shes had the experience of working at Bouchon Bakery and Gramercy Tavern and is now the Croissant Master at Madruga Bakery.
